Kate Greene
Managing Partner

Kate started her work as a project champion at the grassroots level, when she began working (as a private citizen) with local leadership and organizations to affect homegrown change. The success of that experience compelled her to pursue community growth as a career.

Over the years, she has cultivated her craft, adding finance specializations, placemaking expertise, brownfield redevelopment qualifications, targeted property development, and national influence in identifying and realizing critical redevelopment opportunities. She has facilitated community interaction and outreach on successful projects across the country, deepened capacity and built relationships for local redevelopment teams, and facilitated the engagement of public and private sectors to coordinate ongoing data-driven development in rural communities.
